If you are on this page, I guess you would like to know what service I can provide. I offer coaching sessions. If you want to see me in motion, talking about coaching and my personal approach, please check the video. Otherwise, I invite you to read this.
In one sentence, coaching is a conversation based approach which help people to move from where they are to where they want to be. Your coach asks you questions which you most probably never asked yourself.
I am pretty sure that if life brought you on my web site, you are looking for a change in your life. So yes, coaching can help you to move from where you are to where you want to be. But it will work under certain conditions: you need to be ready to dig in, to face your own demons, or, in other words, to face things which you didn’t want to see or acknowledge, things which you were ashamed of, things which you hid deep inside your subconscious or maybe on the backyard of your mind.
Book your 30 minutes free introductory session over phone or Skype and we will discuss how we could work together.
So, what is coaching then? In very simple words, coaching is an explorational conversation between a client and a coach where a client is provided a safe, non-judgemental space and has a possibility to explore any subject he / she wants to explore. You talk, I listen. I listen every single word you say and then I ask questions. Not any questions. I ask specific questions which designed to make you dig in and find answers within. Because we have all the answers within. My questions can be challenging, but this is the point of coaching – to become clear about your current situation, to recognise your limiting believes or your behavioural patterns and become aware of how they affect your life, and then to create new believes which will help you to move forward instead of keeping your stuck.
We all have been stuck at some point of our lives. Stuck in relationship which don’t fulfil us anymore, stuck in jobs which make us feel miserable, living week after week desperately waiting for Friday, stuck in our mind when we have this inner knowing that something is missing in our live, even if from the outside it looks like we have everything we need. How many times did we feel “not good enough” or just “not enough”? A lot. For some of us feeling “not good enough” became a chronic disease.
Most of us, if not all, more than once felt that something was “not quite right” and had this deep knowing that we needed a change. But change is scary. Sometimes we prefer to play small and stay in our comfort zone, rather than take a risk and finally get the life we deserve.
And I am pretty sure that if life brought you on my web site, you are looking for a change in your life.
You need to be ready to put the blame on you and accept the fact that you are the master of your life and if you want changes, only you can make them. You need to be ready to cry quite unexpectedly (yes, crying happens sometimes), and to have a lot of light bulb moments accompanied with exclamations “Ah, I see it clearly now”, or “Oh, so this is the answer to my question…” I could go on and on and on about coaching here and how amazing and life-changing it is but why don’t you just book a free 30 min introductory session here?
